Montreal Poker Home Game Robbed by Armed Invaders

As reported by the Sun News Network, a Montreal-area poker home game was robbed early in the morning on Wednesday, September 3.

The intruders barged into a home in Terrebonne, Quebec at 2:15 a.m. and robbed the eight poker players at gunpoint.

The group of friends were enjoying some late-night poker when three men came in with weapons drawn and pointed at the poker players.

As quoted by the Sun News Network, Terrebonne police Captain Sylvain Theoret explained, "the burglars fled with cash, jewellery, cellphones, and other personal items."

Luckily, there was only one minor injury that resulted from the incident. One of the players suffered a minor head injury.

Police are currently investigating the crime.
