Mitchell Gach Captures Bounty Tournament at Spring PNPC

The 2019 Spring PlayNow Poker Championship presented by Farmery Estate Brewery has reached the halfway point with the conclusion of the $300 No Limit Hold'em Turbo Bounty Event. There were a total of 293 entries once registration closed to create a total prize pool of $65,925. Being a bounty event there was also a $50 bounty given to any player knocking out a foe from the tournament. The top 30 finishers would receive a payout of at least $461 while the winner would receive $17,280 along with a trophy.

The tournament ended up coming down to Mitchell Gach and Sonny Lubana. The two players ended up having a 30 minute heads up battle but in the end, Gach rose victorious over Lubana to capture the $17,280 along with the last two $50 bounties and all the accolades of becoming a winner at the PlayNow Poker Championship. Lubana received $10,874

The next event in the PlayNow Poker Championship is the $1,100 Main Event, taking place on Saturday April 27 with cards getting in the air at noon. This year there is an extra special award being handed out to the winner as they will receive a jacket similar to the Masters in golf signifying them as the winner of the Spring PlayNow Poker Championship Main Event.
