This Sunday, May 5, 2019, "donzledurbru" had the best Canadian result after winning the Sunday High Roller Gladiator on partypoker for more than $63,000. Here’s the full report on major Canadian results from this Sunday:

Sunday Warm-Up

The $215 Sunday Warm-Up heats up the action with a $175,000 guarantee. After late registration there were a total of 960 who bought into the tournament to create a total prize pool of $192,000.

The only Canadian in the final nine was also the last player standing. After amassing all the chips, "dujo123" brought $31,469.27 back to Canada for the win.

Sunday Storm

Moving on to the lowest-priced tournament that could be considered a Sunday major, the $11 Sunday Storm is the best value you’ll find in online poker. Despite the tiny buy-in, the prize pool is set at a guaranteed $200,000. The tournament this week saw 20,934 players enter, creating a prize pool of $205,153.20.

Just one Canadian stormed the final table this week, but "PETETHEWOLF1" was one of four players involved in a deal at the end, and the Canadian took second place for $12,518.91. The win went to "x-raise8" from Switzerland for a cool $16,012.70.

High Roller Club: Sunday Supersonic

The Sunday majors concluded this week on PokerStars with the $1,050 High Roller Club: Sunday Supersonic — a six-max hyper-speed tournament with a $200,000 guarantee. This week a total of 218 entries pressed their luck to create a total prize pool of $221,457.48.

There was a Canadian flag at the top of this event, but it belonged to American poker refugee Alex "bigfox86" Foxen. Foxen collected $43,456.25 for the win.

Sunday High Roller Bounty

The Canadian partypoker action got started this weekend with the Sunday High Roller Bounty, a $530 bounty event with a guarantee of $150,000. With just 286 entries this week, the prize pool stayed at $150,000.

There was only one Canadian figuring among the top payouts, but "WWWpartyCOM"brought home the biggest prize of them all, more than $36,000 in combined prizes for the win.

Sunday High Roller Deepstack

The Sunday High Roller Deepstack gave players 100,000 chips to start and $200,000 guaranteed for a buy-in of $1,050. With 192 entries this week, they couldn't quite top the $200,000 guarantee.

One Canadian took a seat in the final eight as "KryptoKing420" pocketed fifth place money worth $11,600. The win went to "SHHHHHHHHHH77" from the Netherlands for a win of $44,260.

Sunday Deepstack

The Sunday Deepstack put $125,000 guaranteed into the middle. For $215, players got 100,000 chips for this single re-entry event, and when 712 entries ticked the counter, the prize pool ended up at $142,400.

The only Canuck in the final eight here was Ontario's "Mike__420" with $5,809.92 for fifth place. It was Austrian "bUUbUUbOOm" who collected the top prize of $25,418.40.

Sunday High Roller Terminator

The Sunday High Roller Terminator gave the well-heeled players with $1,050 to spare a chance at $150,000 guaranteed in a bounty format. When the gates came down on registration, 170 entries tipped the scales to a prize pool of $173,400.

One Canadian figured in the final eight of this one, and it was a familiar name with partypoker Ambassador Kristen "krissyb24" Bicknell adding fifth place money of more than $10,000 combined to her bankroll. It was Lithuanian "Barsukeen" with all the chips at the end for more than $33,000 in total prizes.

Sunday Bounty Hunter

For $109, entries to the Sunday Bounty Hunter got progressive knockout action with $100,000 guaranteed. A total of 1,129 entries meant they were actually playing for $117,416.

The only Canadian in the final table mix was Toronto's "zoobanana" who managed a sixth place finish for about $2,700. Top of the pack for this one was Danish player "JL_LAGRANGE" who added more than $17,000 to their bankroll for the win.

Sunday High Roller Gladiator

Deep Sunday action concluded on partypoker for Canadians this week with the Sunday High Roller Gladiator, a $250,000 guaranteed bounty event that cost $2,100 to enter. With just 111 entries, the prize pool stayed at $250,000.

There was only one maple leaf at the final table, but "donzledurbru" was the only player left after the dust settled. For collecting all the chips, the Canadian tucked away over $63,000 in combined prizes.
