Fall Super Stack at Deerfoot Headlined by $100K Main Event

The Fall Super Stack is on the horizon at Deerfoot Inn & Casino, featuring 12 events across nine days of play from November 9th to November 17th.

The tournament series kicks off with a two flight $380 buy-in Deepstack event on Saturday Nov 9th, followed by the second Day 1 flight on November 10th.

There is a price point for all players in this series with a $100 Rapid Fire Rebuy eventm along with a seniors event and a ladies event.

Geoff Hum Beats Star Studded Final Table To Win WPT Montreal

The $3,300 Main Event from the World Poker Tour Montreal has come to a conclusion from Playground Poker Club with Canadian Geoff Hum outlasting a total field of $1,109 to collect the $500,000 first prize.

Hum got to heads up play with American, Adedapo Ajayi after the likes of four well-known pros hit the rails. Joe Cheong (USA), Mike Watson (CAN), Kristen Bicknell (CAN), and Martin Jacobson (SWE) all made the six-handed TV final table but managed to be outlasted by Ajayi and Hum.

'GreekPro11' Final Tables Sunday Million

This past Sunday had a couple of big scores from Canadian online grinders but the top score went to 'GreekPro47' who managed to make the final table in the $109 Sunday Million over on PokerStars. They managed a fifth place finish for $33,178.

"Dick Hurtz" managed to win the Mini Sunday Million for Canada, winning $9,111 and "maxtack11" also had a big score of $39,151 in the $2,100 buy in Sunday High Roller.
