If You Love Poker Leaderboards, You’ll Love TigerGaming

Those of you reading this article who like competing in leaderboards at online poker sites need to continue reading because we are about to inform you about three leaderboards you can get involved in every week at TigerGaming.

TigerGaming runs $20,000 worth of leaderboards every week, one for the three main disciplines of poker, namely cash games, sit & go tournaments and multi-table tournaments. If you have enough time on your hands, you can try earn points for all three leaderboards and if you finished on top of the trio of leaderboards you’d win $4,000 cash.

$10,000 Cash Leaderboard

Cash game players earn leaderboard points every time they play for real money at TigerGaming. For every 100 Comp points you earn, you gain three leaderboard points. The $10,000 Weekly Cash Leaderboard is split into three categories with each category relating to the stakes played for in order to ensure everyone has a chance of winning some prize money.

  • Bronze: $0.10/$0.25 to $0.50/$1
  • Silver: $1/$2 to $2/$4
  • Gold: $3/$6 to $5/$10

The cash leaderboards run from 8:01 a.m. ET on Sunday until 8:00 p.m. the following Sunday and award the following prizes.

$5,000 MTT Leaderboards

Like the cash game leaderboards, the multi-table tournament leaderboards are split into three to make it fairer for players of all bankroll sizes.

  • Bronze: $0.05 to $1.99
  • Silver: $2 to $19.99
  • Gold: $20 and above

Players can climb the leaderboard with a combination of volume and skill. Leaderboard points are awarded using a simple formula of total contributions (includes buy-in, rebuys and add-ons) divided by their finishing position.

$5,000 Sit & Go Leaderboards

The Sit & Go Leaderboards are broken down into the same three categories of the MTT leaderboards and the prize structure is the same, too. The only difference is the way the Sit & Go leaderboards award points.

If you play six-handed games, you are awarded 60 points for finishing first, 30 points for finishing second, 15 points for a third place finish and everyone else receives 10 points.

On 10-handed tables, the winner receives 100 points, second place 50 points, third place 30 points and the rest of the table receives 10 points.
