Jeff Gross raised to 8,000 on the button and watched Tripp Kirk shove for 57,500 in the big blind. Gross went into the tank.
"Sorry, guys. Thirty seconds, I promise," he said after some thought. About a minute later, he stacked up two towers of T1,000 chips. "I'm going to... call."
"That's not a good flop," Gross said, as the dealer fanned on the felt.
The turn and river were no better, and Gross was forced to double his opponent up.
